This mission is grounded in founder Winette Jackson's upbringing. Born in New York City and raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, by Guyanese parents, she was immersed in the rhythms, recipes, and stories of the Caribbean. That heritage - the music, the food, the resilience of the women who came before her - shaped who she is as a Black woman in America, and remains the heartbeat behind everything WS Creations LLC makes.
